crash to server screen

I just set up a server, and everything is working properly except this one thing:
when me or my friend tries to log into the character we created, it boot us up to the server selection screen after...

multiple errors...

I recently downloaded eqemu, i followed all the steps and when i ran world.exe, he bunch of errors poped up.. here they were:
