Unhappy Why does my disc just freeze when I am...

Why does my disc just freeze when I am downloading the game off of Titanium? It starts DLing but on the file POTimeB_chr. w/e It freezes and stops downloading. Any help? :confused:

so Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs...
