just use the patchme method

if your eq is installed in C:\Program Files\Everquest
then go to run in the start bar and put

C:\Program Files\Everquest patchme

much easier IMO

Freedom Alliance is a good server that usually has around 10-15 people at peak times. Its very stable and is up almost all the time. It has great GM's (I'm the Lead GM :) and everyone is very nice...
