Handing items in not working

I have been creating quest pretty well so far but when i get to the part with turn ins, i dont get a response from the npc. is handing in broken or am i not doing something right.

yes they are in the ax classic db folder on my hard drive. i would believe they need to be there unless they need to be somewhere else.

I have been following the steps to create a server with the ax classic database. When i get to the sourcing part I have problems and i dont know what is causing them. I followed the guide correctly....

well i just read up on the WIKI and it labels the skorp server under Rest In Peace. which i assume means its no longer running; but i could be wrong. PEQ is the "best" server. i myself want to know...
