Got it figured out! Thank you to everyone who gave information. The re-compile of rev 1473 worked and faction is once again functional.

I found out when I downloaded the .sql fix for the pok mobs that the updated-for-titanium peq database had more fields than what the original fix had. I fixed the fix, but am not sure where to upload...
