Cannot join my own server

I know this sounds stupid but i cant make a public eqemu server i try to login and it says i have to rerun patch thingie. i did everything the readme says. any clues? i just dont get it =(. But this...

Where can i find Lootables.cpp? xorlac im having same problem with zone servers and i searched hard drive for lootables.cpp where is it?
