What is this character used for in the name of an NPC?

I really do not know where this update should go whether in utils/sql/svn or in peqdatabase/updates/ but I think you might need to add the following SQL statement in to your next DB update:...

I do not know if this idea has been posted before, if so, I apologize.

How about creating a table in the database that track what people are killing or the quests that people are doing and such....
