Hmm, ok check your environment variables, under computer properties. Make sure you have all thats needed under that PATH variable. For example i have PHP, PERL, MySQL, and Apache.

Well try making another account, and make it regular with no permissions. See it it still does the same thing. If so, try using revision 992. I had to switch to 992 and it fixed alot of my world...

Are you using Minilogin? And whats your eqemu_config.xml file say. In the same respect are you opening both eqlauncher.exe and world.exe? and minilogin(if you are using it)?
