have everything working, but just cant log into...

have everything working, but just cant log into the server i created.says..."Error 1017: Cannot log to the Everquest server.

You may need to re-run the Update Patch. Repeatedly seeing this message...

how do you make your own server to test?

Could never figure out how to make my own server, I always joined another person's server. Any info would help, or someone just tell me where to look in the readme....
