AMD 6000+ (dual-core) if you need to know, i see that other people have problems with multi-core processors

Question I cannot fix the skipping still...

I have 8800gtx video card. Running on xp. I set the videomode to 3, and windowedmode is set to true. when i get to the character select screen and even in-game it skips. I had the exact same...
