how to set admin?

ok, server up and running. All i really wanna know now is how to set admin controls on my server, and possibly if it's possible to add new items/maps and how to do so.

another dang MySql problem

i seem to be having the same issue as Theone45128 had a while ago, where MySql opens for 2 or 3 seconds, beeps and then closes itself... this makes it extremely hard for me to open my world.exe and...
