ROF2 Client Slot 30 and 31 causes desyncs

Has anyone seen the Inventory Desyncronization of Slot 30 and 31 in the ROF2 client. Seems if you put anything in those slots, it dupes them.

I am running the latest Source and DB updates.

Double corpses on death

When a person dies on my server, they have 2 corpses instead of one. Anyone seen this?

Mem Spells after death

Can anyone tell me what the setting is for not having to re memorize spells after every death? I have seen a few servers that have it, but I could not find it searching on the forums.
