So as it turns out, this is already in the PEQ...

So as it turns out, this is already in the PEQ Database. Its just that it has been done as an emoteid rather than as a Quest.

One of the issues of having multiple ways of achieving the same result.

89 happens to be the zoneidnumber of seb, so you cant just pick up the key, there is also a character...

I think that message is pretty much triggered whenever you are prevented from entering a zone, I know it definitely is given when there is a Status Requirement you have not met.

The npc_id is linked to the spawn2 information in the spawnentry table.

In my version of the PEQ database, npc id 158096 never spawns...

You need to look up the item by name in tradeskill_recipies and then by the recipe id in tradeskill_recipes_enteries to see if it exists and what is needed in the combine.
