Problems Logging Into Server

Lately, at night, during prime time hours, everytime I try to get past the Char screen, I get dropped to the login screen.

Is this normal during heavy traffic of the server? (PEQ)

Both 2 box...

As far as I get is to the Char Screen where I can create chars, but when I click "enter world", I wait a while and then get a message...
