How do I change the zone lines for my server?

I looked at the zone_point table but I logged into my server and teleported to that loc and it doesn't fire a LOADING screen.

How can I get a list...

Alright you guys say how to install it and such... BUT WHERE!??!?!?! Where do i EXACTLY download the emulator? Give me a link please and don't tell me to search the stickys.. I searched.. never found...
