Can someone start a new server....

Can someone PLEASE start a new server so i can play my ranger??!?!? hes a Human/Ranger I HAVE SPENT 3 hours trying to find a fricken server that will let me play but all say"that zone is unavailable"...

OK.... i love playing my ranger but about half of the time i cannot go into the zone... the message that pops up is "That zone is not available" WHY DOES IT SAY THIS???
