easy to use stat editor anywhere?

well I just got my server up and was wondering if there are any relatively easy to use programs that can edit stats and AA and money enywhere, recommendations?

Running server help

Now I have finally got my sever set up. Had to set it up on another computer. However now when I log in and select the Server it freezes.

also what version of perl should I use 5.8.8.822, 5.10 or 5.12? Most forums seem to suggest 5.8.8.822 for the problem I am having, but it doesn't seem to fix it.

Well just tested out world.exe and it wouldn't load because I am missing perl58.dll

I think it was a combination of the files and programs like Mysql...
