Everyone should go to their Program Files directory and single click on Everquest and type these two key sequences: CTRL-C, CTRL-V.

You can patch just by starting EQ the normal way...

You can patch just by starting EQ the normal way and patching to Live (The normal Sony EQ servers).

I don't know if that will solve your problem, but that's how you patch.

I just fired up a 5.5 server and grabbed MW055-2, govt-cheese and doors update. It looks VERY nice, but I'm having one problem.

It seems that if i aggro a mob it will come to attack me then turn...
