Would I be able to run a server on a cable connection that would be playable or would it be really laggy and have tons of problems? Would the maximum population only be able to be like 50?

This server is awesome! Lots of level ranges to group with and it is a well run server. Come join so we can do dragon raids and so I can set up shop in the tunnels lol
