world.exe was normal loading - no errors on start up...

World.exe crashes when I try creating char.

Title says it all..

My server is up and running, but when I go to make a character, I go throught the process and name them...But when it goes back to the character select screen, it shows nobody...

Is there some sql file I should be sourcing before...
