Increase Max Item Stack Size?

I've seen servers where the max item stack size is 100, how do you increase it?

nope it's just an item that i modified to give +5...

nope it's just an item that i modified to give +5 damage shield, but even though it will list it in the item description, it does nothing at all

I modified the felwithe paladin guildmaster....

I modified the felwithe paladin guildmaster. changed him all around and renamed him Lord_Xeros. I copied his quest file raneming it Lord_Xeros.pl and here it is: (still not responding to hails)

I'm using underscores.. and #reloadquest instead...

I'm using underscores.. and #reloadquest instead of rebooting the server.. still not working.. not sure why.. all the other quests seem to work, just not me making a new one
