Perl NMAKE.exe installation problems

I am trying to update PERL to allow me to install nmake.exe, but it is unable to finish as you can see below:

Personal Server set up questions

I have two computers and a laptop on my own LAN. I used to play EQ and I really enjoyed playing a ranger, solo almost all the time.

My slow computer:
2.4 PIV
1GB RDRAM (800)
40GB hdd
