Weird Item bug, no items are showing up.

Rebooted my host machine to add an extra 16gb of ram for other virtual machines, and when it came back up I started seeing some strange things such as disappearing items, and errors in world.

Every time I attach a event_death to a npc, it will re trigger the event due to the mob staying at 0% hp.

Fixed that,

The issue was the way I was nuking the character database.

AutoIncrement wasn't taking effect causing an issue with bind...
