Your best bet is to try and get Titanium and play on P99. I dont think that any other server meets your needs.

IF you want to know what Dragonlance is about I HIGHLY recommend that you read atleast the first 3 books. You will get hooked like I did and read all like 15 or so books multiple times. :)

There is currently a server in the works that will be classic up to Velious. It is in the test phase but should be completely up come November/December. It is The Sleeper server. :)
