Although it says there is an error in MiniLoginConfig.ini, this is a hardcoded error message in the source. Its actually reading MiniLoginAccounts.ini. If you can;t find this file, create a new one...

Make sure you either include the full path to the file, when sourcing it, or, (even better) copy the db.sql file mto your mysql bin directory and runn mysql frrom there :)
