Create item from using FQAdmin, item not appearing in game?

Im using FQAdmin 4.6, i know it working fine, but problem with creating item and either have them put in database, or appear in game.

What i did was create ID number 1001, and make ubah stats item...

no, on eq live, i am a lvl 65 shaman, i cast regen on myself and i think its around 3~6 seconds to move hp to another numbers..

imo 6 is long time, 4 or 5 sec is perfect, i'll log in on my shaman...
