ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT=1 DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4;

Change to:

ENGINE=InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT=1 DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8; (remove the mb4)
