Server Error, Cannot Connect to my own server but others can

It gives me the 1017 error (Re-run update patch) when I try and connect to my own server, others can connect fine but not me, what to do?

Heh. My server can be up 24/7 and can handle about 20 people all in different zones and 30 if theres less zones up (Less Zones up = More People Server can hold without lag) Zoning = No Prob Stability...

Whenever someone or myself tries to join my server, they get in, but when they create a character it says Zone Not Available, yes I have my zone.exe up and everything and I ran boot 5 zones.bat yada...
