Unhappy disconeccted zone to pok

I have rof2, and people can not go to pok since the tutorial is disconnected, why? they can access the tutorial but then when they try to go to pok through the cave they disconnect

I already got my ROF2 to work: D I do not understand, I have rof2 and the people when entering my server put unknown zone and race and can not zone to pok since tutorial is disconnected
