Had the same problem... Talked to Quagmire and...

Had the same problem... Talked to Quagmire and he informed me that the issue was the length of the server "name". Has to be at least 10 chars long. I made the change and the problem went away..

In the addon.ini file there is a field label...

In the addon.ini file there is a field label called zone. Set the flag (number) to 0 so the the clients can use the command. That is the status level required to execute the command.
