Try this, make sure your loginserver.ini is exactly the same other than the worldname and the worldaddress:
[LoginServer]
loginserver=localhost
worldname=Nada's Test Server (SOL ENABLED)...

Evil are you using the 5zone boot or a individual zone? I suggest using the 5zone boot and leaving all the zone names blank so, when you want to go to a zone it will boot up for you.

Are you selecting your server from the main eq login? I had the same problem you had with that. So, i renamed eqmain.dll and logged in manually and works great.
