Database wieredness when adding grid waypoints

I have attempted to create a grid to move some npcs.
Afterwards I checked the database to see what the table now looked like and found a patten of 2 waypoints there then a 3rd blank which repeats...

But my webserver only is only a 2Gb P4, with 512Mb of ram. Don't no if thats big enough to be of any use. My router kicks ass though, (Overclocked & water cooled 100Mhz Arm-5 chip)...
