Is your client running off the same computer as your server, and do you surf the internet / E-Mail off the computer your server is on, it could be a virus /spyware just slowing your computer down....

Not sure what the pet type errors are about or the incorrect spawngroupID error, what DB did you load??? I never got those errors wth the most recent peq DB and 6.3. I would be more worried about...

since it cannot even open db.ini how is it a password issue is what I am wondering.....

Edit: I believe the sql errors are a result of not being able to open the db.ini and retrieve the username...

ie. I gave my nic 192.168.0.51 and 192.168.0.52 and I added the respective accounts...
