I am not good with the quests, but if you can depop the npc, it stands to reason that theres no reason that using a signal you can't have him pop at a set loc which would be where you want him...

Considering that the emu does not support the LDON's adventures yet and that Tasks where added after that I would have to say nope yet. Although if your feeling brave you can always try to code such.
