If you want a lot of people, on your server just you need a fast internet connection, or choose a server that has a higher player amount... prefferred...

When i first select my character, any character, it will not let me into the zone and sits at the loading zone, then the screen for eq goes...

You have to make it on your own since every database out right now is new so it would work with everything else. Or if you got a new DB, you could delete things that are new and keep the "Classic"...
