Fresh install, cannot get to character select

I just reinstalled EQ titanium, every time i go to join a server, the game pauses for a second then kicks me back to the log on screen, anyone else having this problem, ive tried everything in the...

yeah its happening on all servers. No im on my home cable, and they never blocked this port before, and i have all my ports forwarded lolz

eh tried all the stuff, guess i just c ant play it. All my ports are forwarded, set affinity to 0, did the windows patch, got latest graphics card drivers too.

Windows XP

intel e8600
4gb ddr 1066,
gtx 260 video card
asus p5qpro mobo. Looks like i cant play...

Ill click on the server name, click join, screen goes black and im back at login

what file would I check for errors

Getting Kicked Back to Log in screen when joining a server

Ive been away for a while i guess, i dunno whats wrong. It kicks me back to log in any time i try to join a server. Anyone experience this?
