Only issue I'm running into with it; it gets to '[Saved] :: t_stop_server.bat' and doesn't progress past there. It's downloaded everything else, but it gets to that part and hasn't moved in an hour.

It's happened since I moved to Windows 10 and MySQL isn't responding anymore. Just going to go back to Windows 8. All server stuff is backed up anyway, =P

Every time I change, update, replace a spell, item, or anything on the server that requires a #hotfix or shared_memory run and I log off and back on to make sure the change is good and I constantly...

You'll get your release date once I can finalize spells, some spells apparently don't work they way they used to, so I had to redesign a couple. I think the ones I had to redesign are done though...
