I don't know---- MiniLogin with an incorrect column during zone loading could produce this error for me. Had a huge problem with it about 2 weeks ago after I had made every qglobal in the NPC table 1.
Your boot5zones.bat might be wrong as well, but it's more than likely one of the two--- isn't there an error log somewhere we could check for a general error?
