I stopped working 40 hours a week and going to school 12-20, and started working as a resident advisor (50-100 hours of menial but tedious work) and taking 18 credit hours...

This is my new outlet when I'm not trying to hang out with my residents. I might pick up EMU again, but for now I'm lurking.

Anyway, on topic - listen to the advice of so many before:

Don't recruit from the forums!!!
