Below 20% hp, mobs usually get slower--- emulated ones do not.

SoW cast from a player to pet doesn't speed up the pet.

Snare doesn't work.



I knew snare had been brought to the attention of the devs, but wasn't sure about the slightly smaller notes about SoW and the 20% hp thing.
