Those numbers are wrong. Put the '67.67.70.69' where the 192.168.0.108 address is, and in place of the 67 one, put either '127.0.0.1' or 'localhost'. Either will work.
Just to check to make sure you have the right ip address, go to
http://www.whatismyip.com, and that will be the one to put on the left of the port number.
