edit - I just looked at the numbers and created a 2nd order polynomial function to describe the data. Correlation r^2 = 0.99,

normal mobs hp= -33.3+31.6*LVL+1.16*(LVL^2)
Boss/Named hp= -50+80*LVL+0.6*(LVL^2)

I also came up with a more aggressive hp equation -

normal mobs hp= 0+31.6*LVL+1.16*(LVL^2.1)
Boss/Named hp= -50+80*LVL+0.6*(LVL^2.4)
