I understand you are confuse; i'm here for some time and i'm lost for many things
but this entire tutorial section is obsolete (but you can find usefull information inside) and need to be CLOSE (plz one admin make it just read only that was fine).
For question about guide, you just need to post it in the correct support forum ,
support windows servers (you use windows)
support linux servers (you use linux) or
support general support if question is right on windows and linux
