The fix I found out about has to do with editing your hosts file.

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ folder. Edit with notepad.

On each computer on the lan that wants to connect to the server. Add the line:

192.168.1.100 no-ip.com

Except change to your internal ip# and whatever your no-ip address is.
