For the record you MUST have the velious files to play in ANY of the velious zones. (same applies to the other expansions)
Ignore the maps error. There are NO maps needed for the emu itself.
The cfg file is not required, it sets the envoroment along with a few other things. Sky, weather, stuff like that. If one isn't there, the emu uses a default set of paramaters.
