i found the problem with items, another guy posted stuff for him in code but i don't know how to implement it, its this

i get the same problem with error: EmuShareMem: DLLLoadItems: !cbDBLoadItems
that guy lists a table of code, how do i implement code in? Using perl? i tried but i think i got an error. Sorry being to oblivous to how this works.
