Are you using Cavedude's database or the PEQ database?
You have 2 databases selected.
In your DB.INI and CONFIG.INI you have:
database=eq
which is Cavedudes
and in your eqemu_config.xml you have:
<db>peq</db>
which is the PEQ database.
May want to change all the configs to the same database and see if that works.
