Its not an issue with your vid card or database. It has something to do with eqemu 7.0 as i just ran into this issue. Color works great on 6.6 797. So if you want color to work go back to 6.6. Or just wait it out and see if it gets resolved wich it is not a major issue so might not get fixed right away as it does not interfear in gameplay any just the color of armour ect.
Scratch that i just compared my 6.6 database to my 7.0 database and the color colums differ alot for the items so that might be the colprit. i don't understand how the color column changed this much updateing the database to 7.0 compatibility might have to spend some time and change some of the values and see if they work but man theres alot of items to change manually heh.
