ow can i set my minilog server to PvP server>?

sorry that is ask so manny things on this forum..
i normaly try to search 4 my questions .
but i can't find this one coas that the PvP is to short..

can u help me with a few questions more plz?

how can i set the Exp rate?
and where can i find the command list in my Eqemu / everquest folder?

i used the #help and did see there are manny manny more comands in the emu then you can find on the page!
