I've searched the forums and tried various ideas and for some reason i cannot get NPCs to change helmtexture. Regardless of the npc, the stats of the npc will show a different number for the helmtexture but the model only displays the same one. I tried both commands in-game both have the same results. Anyone able to help before I set my desktop on fire?
